• About the child: name, age/date of birth, and health-related information disclosed voluntarily for safety purposes (allergies, medical conditions, physical limitations) as described in our Participation Waiver.
• Automatically: basic website usage data (pages visited, browser type) if analytics tools are used.

Why we collect it

• To register your child for sessions and confirm schedules.
• To ensure coaching is delivered safely (e.g., knowing about a medical condition before a training session).
• To process monthly fee payments.
• To communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and session updates via WhatsApp or phone.

How we protect it

• Health and medical information is shared only with the coaching staff directly supervising your child — never published, sold, or used for marketing.
• Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required by law (e.g., medical emergency, government request).
• We retain data only as long as your child is enrolled, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping, after which it is deleted on request.

Your rights

As a parent/guardian, you may at any time:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about your child.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to any legal retention requirements).

Children's data

LetsAimIt collects data about minors only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian at the time of registration. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without such consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via our community WhatsApp group.
